Returns & Exchange Policy
We are sure you'll love your items but if you've changed your mind, please read through some important information below:
If you do not make contact within 14 days of receiving your item(s), please be aware that a return cannot be made. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
Prior and after these dates our usual policy still stands.
Please note that we do not provide a free return service so please make sure you send your returned goods safely. We recommend you post your items back using a tracked service as you are responsible for your package until it reaches our shop. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that get lost or damaged on the way back to us.
If you need a new size or colour, please place a new order as we do not offer exchanges.
We encourage you to try on your order like you would in a shop (to make sure it is perfect for you!) but please don't actually wear it. All items are inspected upon return and, in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same condition, you received them. This includes being sent with their original tags and labels attached.
Once your returned items have been checked by us. Allow 10 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) from the date that the parcel arrived back to us for the refund to be processed. Please note, this will exclude any postage and packaging costs.
You will find your returns slip in with your order. If you cannot find this or have misplaced the slip, you can request a new one to be emailed to you.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is incredibly important to us, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:
- Any items with the hygiene sticker removed, eg. swimwear
- Any hosiery ,cosmetics, face masks , petticoats and earrings are unable to be returned due to health and hygiene reasons
- Face coverings with the seal broken or tampered with.
We cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn or marked. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Deodorant or perfume
- Pet hair or dander
- Cigarette smoke
- Food spillages
We take the utmost care sourcing our brands for our products, however, we understand that on rare occasions faults can occur.
If you find a garment or product to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, providing detailed images along with your order number. When your item has been returned, it will be inspected by us. If deemed a manufacturing fault we will either refund the original garment or product, offer a repair or send you a replacement.
Please note, our usual terms for delivery apply so your replacement order will be sent on the next working day.
Please note for all items purchased in store we offer a credit note or swap within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item(s) are unworn & still tagged
Please note there are exceptions to returns due to hygiene reasons which include petticoats, earrings & tights
All returns will require the original receipt
