Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns must be within 14 days of receiving the goods

If you do not make contact within 14 days of receiving your item(s),please be aware that a return cannot be made

If any items are sent back without contact a return can also not be made

All returns must be in a new and a re-saleable condition (where possible)

All items must be returned with tags still attached 

Any issues with the returns other than agreed faults will not be accepted or refunded, please contact us before sending your goods back 

Please be aware that some items are not returnable, including hosiery and earrings 

This does not affect your rights should your item(s) be faulty

Postage cannot be refunded

Our stock will have been displayed in the shop, and clothing will probably have been steamed.

We are bringing this to your attention due to the fact that some items, mostly clothing may be sent without original packaging 

Delayed or lost items: Any delayed or lost parcels will have to be investigated by Royal Mail before any refund can be processed
